Rush turnaround (under 12 hours) is available for an additional fee. We understand that in real estate, speed to market is everything, and we build our workflow around your listing deadlines.
Yes. We offer a vendor-paid model where the cost is invoiced directly to the property vendor as part of the marketing campaign, just like photography or floorplans. This is common in premium listings where vendors expect to fund the marketing. We can also split-invoice between agent and vendor, or absorb the cost into your retainer as a competitive differentiator in listing presentations. We handle all the invoicing so there is zero admin for your team.
