Terms and Conditions: Free Google Virtual Tour Offer

1. Eligibility: This offer is open to Perth-based restaurants only, properties must be within 20km of the Perth GPO. Outside is area will incur travel costs at the winners expense.
2. Offer Duration: The offer is valid for a limited time only, and acceptance is on a first-come, first-served basis. The offer begins on Monday 6th of May 2024 and ends on Thursday 9th May 2024, or until five restaurants have claimed the offer, whichever comes first.
3. Scope of Offer: Each selected restaurant will receive a free single panorama Google virtual tour, valued at $275 AUD. Additional panoramas can be added at an extra cost.
4. How to Participate: To claim the offer, interested restaurants must respond to the offer email, contact name, and mobile number directly within the offer period.
5. Redemption: Upon acceptance, WellStrategic will coordinate with the selected restaurants to schedule the virtual tour session at a mutually convenient time.
6. Usage Rights: By participating in this offer, selected restaurants grant WellStrategic permission to capture and publish the virtual tour content on Google Maps and other relevant platforms.
7. Embedding on Website: Selected restaurants have the option to embed the virtual tour into their website at no additional cost.
8. Limitations: This offer is limited to the first five restaurants that respond within the offer period. WellStrategic reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
9. General: By participating in this offer, restaurants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
